Have I noticed major improvement no, this is not a miracle pill. I have however notice I'm not as achy after my daily walks, or from going up and the stairs, or from standing after sitting at my desk for awhile. There is not funky scent or after taste. I believe with continued use I will see more improvements with time.

I’ve felt the difference in how much less my joints hurt after an eight hour shift of work and especially at the end of the 40 hour work week. The tablets are extremely tiny and are easy to swallow. I haven't had any problems with burping up the supplement or having a nasty taste in my mouth from taking it everyday. They do support your joint and bone health which makes me a little more easy to move. I experience pain in my knees, elbows, hips a lot but I have had a good reduction in that pain since taking these Ultra Triple Action tablets. The tablets are also fairly small, which makes it so much easier to swallow. These fit right in with the Members Mark brand.
