When I decided to try Member's Mark Ultra Triple Action Joint Health I had already had chronic need issues resulting from previous injuries and on top of that my neck & shoulders were giving me trouble as well. I already take turmeric for inflammation but it doesn’t necessarily take away the pain. I’ve noticed a difference walking up the stairs and getting out of bed in the morning. Just 1 pill a day. Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking this joint health supplement for about a month, and have noticed that my "bad" knee is no-longer protesting with pain when I stand-up, get out of the car, go up steps etc....which has been a major relief for me. I also have noticed improvement in my ankle. I appreciate that this supplement is just one small (easy to swallow) pill a day... which makes it comfortable and easy for me to take. I have not experienced any kind of negative reactions to this supplement. Overall I have been very happy with the results, and being able to move easier, get tasks done etc... that were more challenging for me previously.

I'm only 39 but I have destroyed my knees working on fighter jets in the Air Force over the last 20 years. My knees would hurt ascending and descending stairs but the pain has almost completely gone away. I've been taking them without food first then in the morning. You can take whenever you want and also you can take with or without food. They do not upset my belly even though I take them on an empty stomach which is a plus. They are fairly normal size and easy to swallow. The cap can be opened with a flick of your thumb. They are gluten free and contain no shellfish for the label readers out there. Again, these have been a heaven send as I can really feel the difference since I started taking these.

I take it as directed one a day. Has no after taste. I have taken other supplements for my joints and did not seem to help, so I stopped mine and started this one. In three weeks of using this, I did notice a small change on my joints, so I will keep using this tablet till im done with the bottle to see if i feel better results with more time on it.
