I like how you only need to take 1 pill versus some competitor products where you need to take 2 pill a day. The package was easy to open compared to the hard plastic covers some packages contain.

I love that I feel more flexible and getting around alot better and not feeling as stiff. I even feel better at night when I usually feel more sore.

I noticed a little relief, but still needed more over the counter pain meds than I was hoping for. I will continue to use supplements for my health.

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my early twenties, and was told I had to start taking joint supplements at that time or risk needing surgery later. So I tried every glucosamine/chondroitin supplement I could find, but none of them worked for me and they were all massive horse pill sized things that I had to take twice a day. I found Member's Mark Ultra Triple Action Joint Health about six months ago and decided to try it. After a week I noticed that my hips, knees, and hands felt like they did in my teens. Finally, something that works! I couldn't be happier :) Plus it's just one tiny pill a day, rather than two huge pills. Glucosamine/chondroitin might work for some people but it never worked for me, and I absolutely hated having to try to wrestle those huge pills down my throat twice a day. The taste wasn't bad at all. usually, the taste is what makes all the difference. won't be able to tell if it helps for a while, but i will continue to take them, in hopes of my joints improving.

We went on vacation and I forgot to pack my various supplements, only remembering like my allergy meds. So I felt a bit off all week and when we got home I started taking my joint supplements again and in a couple of days I started to feel better, having been back on my regimen for a bit I am feeling normal.
