The Members Mark Triple Action Ultra Joint Health w/UC-II does just that. I.no longer have to listen to the cracking and popping of the knees when getting up and down from sitting. I do not take many supplements, but I will be replenishing my supply before these run out. I now have a whole new level of non stiffness when I sit for long periods of time.

It also is easy on the stomach making it easy to take no matter the time of day. I have been taking it for a week and have noticed my joints are not as stiff and also I recover faster from workouts.
