[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these for about a month now and since taking these I have noticed that I can walk, bend and move a little bit easier than before. They do support your joint and bone health which makes me a little more easy to move. I experience pain in my knees, elbows, hips a lot but I have had a good reduction in that pain since taking these Ultra Triple Action tablets. The tablets are also fairly small, which makes it so much easier to swallow. These fit right in with the Members Mark brand.

I am already experiencing stiff joints in the morning and aches and pains from old injury's and was looking for something to slow the progression. After a few weeks of use I can honestly say that "getting going" in the morning seems to be easier with less pain in my knees being the most obvious. Yes the old damage is still there and reminds me as the weather gets colder but I seem to be able to move with less discomfort. This one pill a day is now part of my morning routine !

I take one pill a day in the morning I usually don't take it with food and it doesn't upset my stomach or anything. The pill is pretty small and easy to swallow. This pill is supposed to help support joint mobility, flexibility as well as comfort. It is also supposed to preserve joints and maintain cartilage as well as support bone health. I think those are really good aspects to it that are something I need so I will continue to take these daily. One bottle is almost 4 months worth of pills.

I’ve felt the difference in how much less my joints hurt after an eight hour shift of work and especially at the end of the 40 hour work week. I am more able to do more on weekends than just recuperate from the work week.

I have noticed a slight difference in the way my arthritic joints feel now when i am active. I can take the tablet with or without food. Tablets are very small which make them really easy to sallow. No bad after taste or other issues for me taking them. Definitely recommenced.
