I have trouble swallowing pills since my stroke, so at first, I was cutting them in half but now I just take them whole. They are small enough and the coating really helps them go down. They will be easy to spot on the shelf because of the red card they are attached to. I like the flip top lid, no child-proof top to deal with. Thank you very much! It also has the USP seal which means that everything they say is in there, really is. I will be looking for more when I run out. I would recommend them to all.

He liked the fact that the pills seemed a little smaller. But other than that he didn't notice a difference in the effectiveness. I been told that he's now switching.

I usually take Glucosamine to help with the minor arthritis in my hand and purchased a little morning and MM Ultra Triple action joint health because I liked the idea of taking 1 small pill rather than 2 large ones. The morning after I began MMUTAJH my fingers were a little stiff but I just attributed it to the change and kept taking it. A few days later one knee began aching then as it eased, the ankle began to hurt followed by an elbow and wrist- none of these things had happened before. The day after I quit taking MMUTAJH, everything cleared up and I went back to Glucosamine. I noticed a little relief, but still needed more over the counter pain meds than I was hoping for. I will continue to use supplements for my health.

I love the fact that it has collagen and the pills are so tiny compared to what I've seen from other supplements, so they're super easy to swallow and have convenient once a day dosing.
