I have two types of arthritis that affect both my joints and bones, so I really like the benefits that this supplement offers! The tablet itself is white in color and is coated so it is easy to swallow. In the few weeks I have been using this supplement, I do notice that I have greater motion when working out and during activities such as walking, hiking, and yoga. I am very happy with this supplement!

I love how this tablet is so easy to swallow because of its size (tiny) & with/without food. I love the quantity (125) and that it helps support joint mobility, flexibility, comfort, bone health, it helps preserve joints and maintain cartilage, and has three combinations of important nutrients which are Type ll Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid,! and Boron. I haven’t noticed any improvement at all. Maybe it takes longer than a month to see results, I’m not sure. I take it daily in the morning. I will continue to take it and see if anything happens. It’s easy to take and is a small size for anyone that has issues with pills.
