I haven't seen a difference when I use it alone and not with any other medication..I'm going to continue to take it to see if maybe I need to have it in my system for a longer period of time to see a difference in my pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this joint supplement is only one easy-to-swallow pill. I can't swallow large pills so this a big plus for me. These also do not irritate my stomach so another bonus. I deal with mild joint pain but each year, new aches and pain arrive so this formula with the collagen and hyaluronic acid will aid in helping me in the future as well. 125 count is great too so will last awhile!

I've been taking this supplement for joint heath. It contains different types of collagen and biotin. What's amazing about this collagen is that you get what you need in one tiny pill. I find i have to take less ibuprofen when I take these joint supplements which is awesome. I look forward to life with less aches and pains!

I work as a server and I am always moving most of my days. The biggest thing I have noticed is after a 13 hour day with both of my jobs I don't struggle to get up my stairs with my knees in a terrible amount of pain. I am 44 years old and have been serving for 22 years non stop and this really does help me tremendously
