I have only been taking my them for 2 weeks, so I haven’t noticed much relief yet. I am going to stick with it based on the other positive feedback that I have heard.

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my early twenties, and was told I had to start taking joint supplements at that time or risk needing surgery later. So I tried every glucosamine/chondroitin supplement I could find, but none of them worked for me and they were all massive horse pill sized things that I had to take twice a day. I found Member's Mark Ultra Triple Action Joint Health about six months ago and decided to try it. After a week I noticed that my hips, knees, and hands felt like they did in my teens. Finally, something that works! I couldn't be happier :) Plus it's just one tiny pill a day, rather than two huge pills. Glucosamine/chondroitin might work for some people but it never worked for me, and I absolutely hated having to try to wrestle those huge pills down my throat twice a day. I also like that the pill is smaller and easier to swallow than some others I have tried (I hate taking pills). My grandpa and dad both have hip and shoulder problems as they get older. I have tried to be proactive in maintaining my joint health with yoga and exercise, but I have started having the same shoulder problems. My doctor recommended a collagen supplement. After trying a couple that were giant pills, I found these members mark which are smaller and a lot easier to swallow. After a couple months, i do feel a difference in my shoulder. I think it responds better to the yoga and stretching, and I maintain easier motion. I think this supplement is helping my shoulder and will definitely keep taking it.

I also have a bit of discomfort in my fingers from typing and/or texting so often. After taking this daily for a week or so, it seems to help. Would recommend.

Have I noticed major improvement no, this is not a miracle pill. I have however notice I'm not as achy after my daily walks, or from going up and the stairs, or from standing after sitting at my desk for awhile. There is not funky scent or after taste. I believe with continued use I will see more improvements with time.

The tablets are slender and coated which make them easy to swallow for most. One tablet per day is also convenient. Container has a flip top cap which makes for easy access.
