I like this pill , it does help my knee pain but it has titanium dioxide and I am reactive to that so unfortunately I can't take it everyday. I only take it when I feel like my knee is hurting a lot. Please take the crap ingredients out of this product. People who are reactive to metals this makes them feel like crap.

I'm 57 yrs old, I was in constant pain. I couldnt believe at this age I felt like my bones where that of a much older person. Opiates are out of the question for me an I had to find something that could agreed with my body. After researchering different options an desperation, I bought this. Thank God I did. I have lil to no pain an I am faithful in taking it now for 2 mos. I will continue to take it since now I know how painful it will be without it

I have been taking this now for a couple of months. The pills are really small and the dosage is just one per day so much easier than most joint products. Does it work? Hard to know for sure but I seem to have less pain in my joints! Good club value with a four month supply.

Took away the pain in my hip joints - I can walk normally again

We think it's helpful for our joints. I haven't read that it's proven.
