As I am getting older my knees and shoulders have been bothering me daily. I started taking this Member's Mark Ultra Triple Action Joint Health daily and I personally feel not as much pain in my joints. I take one pill a day in the morning I usually don't take it with food and it doesn't upset my stomach or anything. The pill is pretty small and easy to swallow. This pill is supposed to help support joint mobility, flexibility as well as comfort. It is also supposed to preserve joints and maintain cartilage as well as support bone health. I think those are really good aspects to it that are something I need so I will continue to take these daily. One bottle is almost 4 months worth of pills.

I use to go to the gym but with covid have just been a home body for the last year or so. I ended up getting this to help with my knees and I haven't really had an issue, I'm actually able to run around and keep up with my toddler with no worry of my knee giving out.
