Outstanding QLED Picture and Sound!

Samsung 85 Inch QLED TV has amazing Picture and Sound Quality! We upgraded from an older 70 inch TV that we had for several years and it is amazing the difference in everything overall! Few tips: This TV is about 90lbs and comes in a Huge Heavy Cardboard Box that will definitely need a truck for delivery. If hanging on a wall make sure you purchase a VERY strong wall bracket that can take the weight of this item and made for a 85 inch TV or bigger! Definitely make sure you have 2 very strong or 3 medium built individuals to lift this TV, being so big it is a little difficult to move around. You will not be disappointed in this QLED 85 Inch TV!! ITEM NOT RECEIVED but charged 2k

I never received this TV. The order said that signature would be required and a person has to be present to receive. It also said that the delivery date was December 4th. On November 30th when I was not home, I get an app notification that the order was delivered. I have a ring doorbell and nobody had rang the doorbell and I wasnt even home. I called Samsclub to ask what was going on because the tracking information on the app showed no details. I have a camera on the side of the house which showed a black car (NOT a delivery truck or UPS or Fedex) pull into my drive way and back out once or twice but beyond that I could not see anything.
