[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung TV! It's super easy to connect with my phone, which makes everything so convenient. If I can't find the remote, I can use my phone to control it too. It’s lightweight, so hanging it on the wall was a breeze, and it looks stylish in my room. I’m so happy with it!

TV was carefully packed with more then enough packing material to protect it during shipping. TV was easy to unpack and to affix to our wall mount (2 people for hanging). TV has a beautiful picture and deicent sound. Since this is my first experience with streaming services and a smart TV so I am still in the learning mode, but so far so good. I would highly recommend this Tv to friends and family.

It is AWFUL -- If I had realized it was "AI" operated, I never would have bought it. Video is impressive -- Audio is OK, - But a real pain to live with esp its reading the screen information. I have the User manual -- But I need a training course on how to set it up for my enjoyment. The user Control is a piece of crap !!

This was delivered already broken...turned it on and realized the screen was shattered.

Bought this for my sibling and he likes picture quality a lot. He is happy with it in his home.
