[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've actually had this tv for over a year, it tends to sift lock and get stuck not being able to stream from services, only reason this prompted me fir feedback was I had to factory reset my tv to fix the last issue

This TV and the internet are mated so well that it interacts like it's reading my mind when changing devices. I can watch most of my programs on the Home page and some specialty programming on my Apple TV seamlessly. I highly recommend VIZIO electronics as this is my second TV this year from you.

This tv is my favorite tv even compared to the series 6 TCL due to the ability to cast or air play. The vizio tv platform has great connectivity and the M series pairs great connectivity with a beautiful picture. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone.

So happy with it & has so many options! So glad I do not need an antenna anymore as it is built in the tv! Woohoo! No more antenna on the wall with wires hanging down that look messy. Quality of the picture is great! I bought a Vizio sound bar to go with my new TV & I now feel like I'm at the movies in my own home! LOVE IT! So do my family & friends! ESPECIALLY CHIEFS GAME DAY! Called in and made a claim since it's still under warranty. Said it would take 48-72 hrs to start a ticket. It's been a week and I haven't heard a word from Vizio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the smart tv features, however, two things are bothering me 1- sometimes I turn the tv on air channels and I only get the voice working on a black screen. I have to change the input to the smartwatch or to another application like Netflix to activate the screen, then go back to air channels to watch. 2- it's not completely compatible with my old vizio sound-bar, the voice quality and level is not stable

It took quite a bit of fiddling with the settings to have the picture not look so washed put. We thought the QLED would make for a stunning picture but it has not. For the price, it's a good TV but compared to our LG OLED set, LG knocks it out of the park

Constantly adjusting all the picture settings to get it to look good, weird shadow on the screen in certain scenes and the blacks get pixelated
