[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've enjoyed this TV. Now it's not perfect. I have to unplug it every 5 to 6 weeks to reset it. Last week I lost all of my apps. I had to reset it three times before the apps would even show up so I could add then back to my home screen. The color settings are poor and you need to adjust them yourself. But once you figure it out the picture is really nice.

We put this TV in a very challenging room. It is small and has direct sunlight. And this television is an absolute champion. The picture is amazing. The features are great. The only downside is there's no browser so you'll have to stream from your phone or other device. Other than that, it's an amazing television.

Compared to the other smart tvs I have owned which I found myself troubleshooting every few months. I would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a solid tv. There are a lot of app's pre-installed however we decided to connect our Fire TV stick to one of the USB ports so we would not have to register with all the apps that we use. I am very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last update caused me to have to sign in to all my streaming services!!! What a pain!!! I can't get EXPLORE.ORG app on the TV. Have to use AppleTV to do that!.....WHY The quality of sound is erratic .... I especially don't like the reveration of some levels of sound .... have to stop watching!!! After you did an update a yr ago, it seems a little better. So I thnk you can 'fix it'.

It took quite a bit of fiddling with the settings to have the picture not look so washed put. We thought the QLED would make for a stunning picture but it has not. For the price, it's a good TV but compared to our LG OLED set, LG knocks it out of the park

This is my 3rd vizio. The 2 previous both had always great out of the box. Im sure we will have HDMI issues in a year or so. the same issue will occur with the HDMI. Maybe Xfinity is too powerful with its signal and blows the ports. Thankfully the vizios are cheap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the smart tv features, however, two things are bothering me 1- sometimes I turn the tv on air channels and I only get the voice working on a black screen. I have to change the input to the smartwatch or to another application like Netflix to activate the screen, then go back to air channels to watch. 2- it's not completely compatible with my old vizio sound-bar, the voice quality and level is not stable

Their are plenty of APPS available, however I personally love Vizio's Free TV app. Everything you want to see and it's FREE. Truly a purchase with undertaking!!
