Seems like windows 11 is not simple enough. Could of included a booklet explaining how to use it

it has been everything that I hoped it would be. I am not someone that knows a lot about computers but it does what I want to do and very quickly.

I had to return the HP-17.3 because it could not connect to my WYFI. HP support tried to get it to connect, but couldn't.

very slow and keeps dropping the internet even though my other computers work fine HP support has given me 4 different case numbers but can't fix it

This is exactly what i needed. Big scren, bright,clear colors. Loaded with everything i wanted. Love it.

Do not buy! Laptop is garbage. Touch screen and mouse stops working and renders laptop useless. You might as well throw $500 out the window.

Use for business correspondence paired with desktop for portability. Battery doesn’t last as long as I expected but for the $$ great.

This Laptop was purchased as a gift for a family member, but my past experience with HP Laptops was the deciding factor in choosing this brand and model. They are a reliable product and HP's support is great!

this was an easy sale - ordered on line and pick up outside. no hassles nothing. took advantage of the sale. I'm using it right now. set up was easy and quick. fast. love it.

Got this to replace our 2019 HP Laptop. This one is a bit slimmer and works great.
