HP is not honoring the warranty. Sent it from Florida to California only to get it back unrepaired. Called HP customer service twice and was told damage was covered in full. Ask them to notify the repair facility and they ignored me. Could this be a scam on Sam's Club part so they can sell more computers. The bigger problem for me was I also purchased an Allstate extended warranty and Sam's said they would not refund the price of the warranty. I had to explain that it was false advertising before they agreed to refund all my money. I purchased a Gateway for $150 less.

I have only owned this laptop for 7 months and its dead already. The 2 yr warranty is a joke. They expect you to be a tech and create new drives etc. When i asked if i could take it somewhere, i was told it would void the warranty. Such BULL!! I will never buy another HP product!!!!!

great product beware of pricing games. no less than 3 different prices during thanksgiving sales and 2 so far at christmas.

This laptop is awesome for the price. Beautiful HD resolution screen with vivid colors. Was very easy to setup and connect to the internet so that I could download all of my needed programs.

Marketing info shows 12 gb CACHE. And 8 gb RAM. How can thi s be accurate? There is no one to ask . Has any previous purchaser found out what is true ?

I am still getting use to all the features,but I really like this laptop. It is lightweight and so easy to set up and use. Some of my information from other laptop automatically populated during set up. I bought it for a few reasons; the size and weight, the price and I had a HP previously. I knew in the coming year I was going to need a travel laptop and I wanted one that would suit that and work well with my embroidery sewing machine. I haven't used it much for sewing yet. I am anxious to try my sewing software on it.

Very nice machine. Bought it on sale for $400 to test Windows 11 before i committed to trying to upgrade my desktop machine to 11. It is blazingly fast. Even faster than my desktop running 10. Was able to get my old printers and scanner to run fine on it. Easy to make interface look just like 10 did..
