I couldn't get a straight answer from Sam's, so I emailed the manurfacturer of this grill "Prokan". I asked specifically about the natural gas version and the $999 price. Here's their response: "Thanks for reaching out. This item in natural gas has been discontinued, and will not be restock again. $999 for the natural gas was not the regular price, and it was only for discount. Please note that we would only carry propane version moving forward, and would never come back again. Thanks"

If you were going to get this as a gift DO NOT! We were gifted this for a wedding gift and the grill lid is severly dented and cracked, we are missing the griddle plate and a foot and they will not do nothing to help and also told us no parts were available to even purchase. So whoever gifted us this spents $2400 plus tax for something we can not use.

Absolutely not worth purchasing. The "stone" looks extremely cheap in person. The stacked stone looking material on the side is just some type of fiberglass/plastic, and is not realistic looking at all. The concrete looking countertop is some type of imitation laminate which again, looks flat and cheap. The grill itself is very lightweight and thin. You would get a higher quality grill at a local hardware store for far less. Be forewarned as well, when calling to return to Sam's, they state this is a "major appliance" and is not eligible for the normal return policy. Overall on looks, quality, and service, this is a hard pass.

The cover is not very durable, All four corners have started to wear through already and there are a few areas in the front that are starting to wear through.

Heavy Duty Cast Iron Griddle don't work. Reported issue 2 month ago from the 1st day. Waiting for Customer Service (Member's Mark) to help us . Terrible response from Customer Service.

Looks very nice, but came with a small piece of it damaged and missing 2 feet! I need those feet because it's currently propped up with a wood block. Other than that it's a very nice looking grill

Looks great…had issues with missing foot but was replaced. We have had for just over a year and now the faux stone is starting to crumble and fall off on the back. We always keep it covered…..disappointing for the price paid, would not recommend

I have only used the grill once but have turned it on to "burn" off any residue a couple times. The grill does not get any hotter than 450 degrees. Not sure why, will look into it. Very nice look though.

Prokan is the grill manufacturer, they just released the conversion kit for NG to propane ($250). Awesome Grill for the price.

Bought this for my husband & it looks great, just like pictures, but it came with a small dent on the front. Look forward to cooking a delicious dinner on it. Overall it is a beautiful piece and I would recommend it 👌 Shipping company needs to be a little more careful during delivery.
