I am extremely happy with this grill. Based on prior reviews I was nervous about damage during delivery. It arrived in perfect boxes and the shipping company (EFW) was fabulous. I set it up and used it for the first time last night. Love it! There was some scuffs on the fake stone but the company includes touch up paint so I used it and it looks perfect. As others mentioned this is not real stone but it is a lot of grill for the money. Be sure to compare the propane cost to the natural gas option. I saved over $1000 going with the natural gas version! Tell your friends!

I have tried 3 times to buy the natural case grill for price of 999.00 and put in my cart and sent conformation "thanks for purchase than 3 days later says cancelled since Feb. 17 I see reviews on her from Feb and March saying what a great price saved over 1000. So I don't get it.. when I call sams club .com. they say sorry they are out of stock but yet review from March tell different story 🤔 ... sad sams club don't back up what the advertise . 3 times I purchased and got conformation .. and was cancelled ...who does your website product inventory 🤨

First off make sure you check the entire shipping box. Some of the legs are in the pallet and some of the the rotisserie is on the back of the box. It goes together very easily, just be careful, it's heavy. It is very good quality. Every burner works as it should.

Just received yesterday. After reading other reviews, I was concerned that it might arrive damaged. However, we were pleased with the delivery. The boxes showed no signs of damage and when opened all of the grill sections were in great shape. The faux stone seems like a molded material and not wat I expected. I thought it would be cement that is shaped and colored to appear as stone. It is more like a molded hard material that has the appearance of stone but doesn't feel like it to the touch. The grill went together easily and we have turned it on and it seemed to heat up just fine. One of the adjustable legs seemed to be missing but we found it inside the pallet that it came on. All in all we are satisfied with this purchase. Much less expensive than others that we have looked at and it looks great as far as we are concerned.

I ordered this grill on line. It arrived almost two weeks later (slight delay from local shipper). The grill comes in three separate pieces and arrives in two large boxes on two pallets. Set up was easy with a dolly, the included tools and some minor assistance from the wife. There are some good videos on line to show you the product. After setting it up, we grilled steaks and all worked as advertised. The grill cooked evenly and gets very hot. It looks very similar to expensive summer kitchens but retails at 1/3 of the price. I cannot comment on how long it will last but so far so good.

Looks awesome. Does not look cheap. Checked out a similar grill at a custom store. They used the exact same slate work, but did not include the griddle and had a fridge instead. Their grill was upgraded but not that much. The price was $8000.00 yes 8K! Grilling is great and griddle is perfect. Just wish it had a grease drop pan instead of the large tray to empty because you can't see how full it is without taking it out. Everyone that sees it is jealous. Sam's customer service is outstanding

I ordered this grill on October 10, 2023 and it was finally delivered on October 25. When the second truck arrived (the first one ended up in a ditch and never made the delivery) there was only one person (the driver) to unload. I also noticed that one of the boxes was on its side and it clearly states on all 4 sides DO NOT TIP OVER THE BOX. The driver dropped it off, took pictures and left. I noticed that the boxes were damaged (the driver avoided taking pictures of that side) and some of the contents had fallen out - like the griddle and some feet. I had ordered this grill in the past and sold it with our house since I knew I could probably buy another one like it. My other grill had the blonde stacked stone that felt like real stone. This stuff is definitely fake and doesn't even look real. It's plastic. When I took off the boxes, feet were missing and both the front and back of the stone was crushed. The freight company Sams uses is terrible. I guess I'll have to get them to ship me a replacement but I'm not holding my breath. It really doesn't have the quality of my previous Member's Mark grill which is really disappointing.
