My grill came with a damaged top, I was sent another top and it was damaged as well. Finally sent another and it arrived in good shape. I have no complaints, especially since it was marked down to $999 from $2200 with free shipping.

This grill is absolutely perfect for our new patio. Looks beautiful with the stone on it! We haven't had the opportunity to grill on it yet, but so far we love it!

Seems like a solid setup for the price paid. Hope it lasts as long as our last Members Mark grill

It's looking awesome. Works great. The counter top looks like concrete but it is not and bricks looks like original but they are not. They are fake as mentioned in the description, so handle with care.

Don't know why some people wrote a low star review on the product, considering a lot of complaints are shipping related but not rated on product performance/look. We did receive a damaged product and can see it is shipping related BUT called customer support right away and within minutes had a replacement product on the way. We weren't looking for a fridge or sink and this fits right into our budget and the area where its located. LOVE LOVE that this is a griddle/grill combo along with the rotisserie and a very nice look. The "trash" area I feel is kind of empty space and could be more useful to have some sort of storage or something along those lines. We are customizing on our own to have a pull-out drawer instead of the trash can. Overall, we are happy with this product and not only does it look good but provides many options for outdoor entertainment.

The item looks great, well-constructed, and works great. It had a chip about 1 inch by 1/4 inch on the stone top and it was missing a couple of the leveling feet. They are shipping them. I informed them of the chip, but they did not have any remedy. There was some chip fill that is supplied. Overall happy with the purchase.

Product itself is great but after 3 deliveries, two broken products and 2 months later, we finally have a grill. This has been the worst experience ever. The delivery company sams uses is shady. Non english speaking at all and the truck was smoking so bad in my front yard, i thought it was going to catch fire. They cant read english either so my first grill was delivered on its side with two other deliveries on top of it where it clearly states on the 500 lb box, "Do not lay on side or stack on top". It was delivered in a million peices and they just looked at each other. I had to google translate that i was not accepting delivery. Horrible experience

The grill works well and looks even better. Arrived very well packaged and thus no damage as I read in some other reviews. I wasn't looking for a sink or a refrigerator, so this setup met my needs. It would be nice to have some lights inside the grill and on the knobs which higher end grills seem to have.

Love the grill but it showed up with the pallet for one of the boxes smashed underneath. Problem is the adjustable legs are in those bottom wooden compartments and one was missing. Emailed customer service, sent reciept ect. It been 3 weeks no replacment or any addition information. I am using a landscape blocknstone under it at present. For a griĺl of this cost customer service should not be an issue.
