Excellent for bread making

I have used Member's Mark Bread & Pizza flour for at least 2 years. I have always been satisfied with bread baking results until this last 25 lb. bag. Suddenly, my bread no longer rises adequately. I purchased new yeast thinking mine may be getting old. That did not help. So, I purchased a 5 lb. bag of King Arthur bread flour. Viola, that solved the problem. That loaf using King Arthur flour rose and baked beautifully. Now, I basically have 20ish pounds of Member's Mark Bread & Pizza flour that is pretty useless.

I have used this brand for quite a while now with no issue. I purchaced 2 bags in August, but did not open them immediately. I used the last from bag of previous order and needed a little more. Much to my disappointment, the bag was full of weevils. I opened the second 25lb bag and no weevils. I went to my purchase history to start a return, to find it was no longer eligible for return. From now on, I will open bags immediately and put in gallon plastic zip lock bags to put in the freezer.

I got this from my local Sam's club and really loved it for making bread! Sadly my local club doesn't sell it anymore and I'd have to go to a farther club to get it. Hopefully soon they make it available online to have it shipped to my home, I really love making homemade breads with it!

bread collapses in the bread machine never had an issue until we use this flour will no longer use.

10% gluten content bread and pizza flour? You've got to be kidding!

I ordered it but they canceled it and didn't give me a reason why.
