This is the first time I have ever attempted to use this product. And the last. I went by the sizing information on the side of the package. According to the measurements listed, my size is S/M. I have a 38 in. waist and weigh 167lbs. Both of these measurements fall roughly in the middle the of description for S/M. Went I put a pair on...I could barely get them over my hips. Once on, they were so tight that i could barely sit down. I took them off after only a few minutes. I will never attempt to wear this product again.

They are constructed with a nice, soft fabric and held in place with a comfort waistband and elastic around the leg openings. Very impressive is the fact that the underwear can absorb 25 times its weight, and I always feel confident when wearing them that there will be no leakage or embarrassing situations. An added bonus is the odor neutralizing properties. The design is very pretty, and I feel feminine when wearing them. They are not bulky, and it is not at all obvious that you are wearing disposable underwear. Excellent product.

Depends flex underwear molds to the body better than any I have tried for my husband since he suffered a brain hemorrhage 4 1/2 years ago. They are the only ones that mold to the body for a more natural feel, therefore no leakage or sagging. I don't understand why other brands have the high leg cut, that causes leaks and does not stay with the body as it moves. I have received other brands free from the Hospice service my husband has, and I have returned them. The Depends absorption is excellent, no ballooning and the skin is protected from the moisture. The only issue I have with the underwear is the padding does not go up high enough in the back. The front padding is higher than required, the back needs to be higher. I even tried putting them on backwards, but they are not comfortable that way. When a person is not walking around and in sitting/laying position most of the time, the lower back padding leaks. To me this adjustment would make them perfect. He wears a small/medium size.

The depends were so helpful for the times I was unable to make it to the restroom. They are very comfortable and not as puffy as I anticipated.

I have used both thebmensv the men's and wemans. I founf the women's did well for at home. The men's works best for me when I am sitting down,expecially in the car where I have the tendency to slouch. i giving it 4 stars cuz of the stufstuffing gets all bunched up and moves to the back whenn i am at work.
