However, the absorbency isn’t as strong as I expected. If you deal with moderate to heavy incontinence or need protection overnight, these might not be reliable. I’ve had a few instances where they leaked from the sides, even when I thought they were still dry in the middle. Another issue is the sizing and quality. The fit isn’t always consistent—some pairs feel snug while others are loose—and I’ve had a few tear at the seams while putting them on. Overall, they’re okay for daytime use and lighter needs, but I wouldn’t depend on them (no pun intended) for heavier protection. I’ll keep them around as a backup, but I’m also exploring other options.

My dad used it for a long flight about 16 hours and he liked it. He said the band is soft and comfortable. The good thing about it is that it's not thick so it's not noticeable.

( He uses a different off brand) Per his comments, I really haven't thought about using this brand b/c of the cost, but now that I have tried them they will be my go to. Comfortable, not bulky, not even noticeable. Easy to get on, the protective padding is " raised" in the groin area, so there has been no leakage. The fit and design and feel than other brands. Would recommend to anyone that needs them, they are worth it.

After that the back tends to fall apart from moisture, when they aren't at all soiled, just sweaty. I use them as a preventative measure, and expect them to stay in one piece as long as they're not soiled. I do not suffer from urinary incontinence, I use them for occasional (unexpected) light bowel leakage.
