Depends flex underwear molds to the body better than any I have tried for my husband since he suffered a brain hemorrhage 4 1/2 years ago. They are the only ones that mold to the body for a more natural feel, therefore no leakage or sagging. I don't understand why other brands have the high leg cut, that causes leaks and does not stay with the body as it moves. I have received other brands free from the Hospice service my husband has, and I have returned them. The Depends absorption is excellent, no ballooning and the skin is protected from the moisture. The only issue I have with the underwear is the padding does not go up high enough in the back. The front padding is higher than required, the back needs to be higher. I even tried putting them on backwards, but they are not comfortable that way. When a person is not walking around and in sitting/laying position most of the time, the lower back padding leaks. To me this adjustment would make them perfect. He wears a small/medium size.

My oldest uses these he/she needs them for night and sometimes during the day, and this is the size I always get so I do say they fit true to size! He/she says they are comfortable and easy to sleep with!

If there were a size m/l that was an in between these two the fit would be just right. Very satisfied overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product felt good but didn't seem as generously cut as a reg. depend. I wore one at night and I usually don't have any problems at night. I sleep right through until morning However I did add a Poise pad just in case. Being that this item was not generously cut, I somehow pulled too hard on the waistband in the back and it did rip away from the butt part of the seat. I wore it anyway. I am hoping that this depend product has more absorbancy than a reg. depend. I wear the reg. ones everyday and seem to always leak through. Very embarrassing to have a wet spot on my pants. I'll see how they do during the day tomorrow

But I have to admit, there is thus feeling of freedom once I put them on, no worrues about sudden gushes or embarrasing wet spots, they are as comfortable as thus type of product can be, and are silent!!! No plastiky noise. The fit is amazing!

She also loved how well they fit while being extremely stretchy for someone like her who has hard times with bending down to put them on, less straining her back putting them on because the stretch. she did mention the underwear could have more resistance in the between the legs area to keep from shifting when lay down. That was her only big issue but she says she would definitely get them again compared to the brand she was using prior.

My grandfather told me they were comfortable and he feels he can carry on with life while using these Depends. They also absorb very well when he’s unable to make it to the restroom fast enough and keeps him dry . I highly recommend these for great and comfortable protection .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are actually really comfortable and breathable. The fit is amazing, doesn’t feel bulky. Feels like I’m wearing underwear, very stretchy. They don’t slide at all like a pad. Absorbency is great and best of all no panty line if you are wearing them under clothes.
