Better yet, they were completely breathable and I didn't feel like I needed to take an emergency pit stop. The only downside is that, unlike a pad, you would need to completely strip down if you were out and about and needed to change. I also took my chances at using them during my period. I have an extremely heavy flow but had no issues! I was comfortable all day and my clothes remained safe! I'm at the higher end of the small and they were a great fit!

The fir of the underwear is so good, it contoured to my body, wasn't bulky, you could not tell I was wearing them under my clothes. They absorbed fast and wicked the moisture away from my body. They kept me dry and odor free until removing. I also like the color, they look more like real underwear,

My wife bought this product. After only few hours the filling of the core was lumped, moved and left half of the space unprotected. Luckily, there was no leaks at the time. She tried another piece from the same package - the same result in 2 hours. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men are truly a lifesaver! A family member of mine deals with urinary incontinence, and it can be very tough to find a product that actually works but also is discreet enough to not show through clothing and to hide the scent of urine. The overall fit is very comfortable and feels underwear-like. The stretch allows for a good fit that feels secure to the body. The incontinence portion of the underwear is large enough to hold a lot and catch leaks, as it holds 25x its weight! Which is amazing for how discreet and unnoticeable they are under clothing. My family member is concerned with those around him noticing the scent of urine, but we both agree that there is no urine scent when this product is used. Overall these incontinence underwear from Depends are wonderful and do everything they claim, which for someone dealing with urinary incontinence, this is a life saver! I’d definitely recommend this product for anyone struggling with urinary incontinence!
