For light bladder leaks these are great but if you need these like I do for an elderly parent who isn't using the toilet anymore at all then I wouldn't recommend these at all. They are very thin but they are made pretty well.

The odor control wasn't the best though and I could still smell the pee smell very well despite changing frequently. The fit was great though just wish some improved odor control and durability.

I also have stress incontinence, so I also use the Depend pads. I figured if the pads were working for me during the day, that the briefs would work great during the night; boy was I ever so right.

The Mens Underwear are great for those times when you expect to be away from change facilities or might be doing something rigorous. I used them on a hike recently and they provided excellent protection. The protector fits snugly so to urinate is a bit of a struggle. Overall I was pleased with the garment and will use them for special occasions.

I normally use my reuseable menstrual pads, but I used these and they helped a lot. I still felt a little wet, but didn't leak through to my pants so over all very pleased and will consider buying the depends underwear in the future.

I have always wanted to try depends because of the cloth like feel, not like a plastic feel. I have always gone with other brands because the largest size hair is 2X. I have an inoperable tumor in my stomach which makes it quite large and a 2X is just all stretched out and tight when I put these on. I always put good incontinence pad in the pull up also because I have gotten this bad illness. I can’t even do that with the depends. I wish you would go up to a 3X for those of us with the need. I am not going by anybody else’s reviews that were negative because I know depends it’s a good brand and I know two people who are very happy with that, a man and a woman. Is there any chance you might be making these larger? I have the silhouette, and I don’t care anyway, shape, or form about designs or not like someone else did. I appreciate you trying to make them more than diapers. Now can you start putting dinosaurs or Mickey and Minnie mouse on the whole thing, we would have a problem. Ha ha Thanks

My husband has used these for a couple of years now. Last night when he put them on he mentioned they didn't fit like they usually did. He wore them anyway and in the middle of the night had an accident, plus I had to change the bed linens because of the obvious defect in the product. It must have been a fluke. I wanted to write a review so you would be aware and look into the manufacturing process. I would recommend this product as it has been successful in the past and I expect it to preform well in the future.
