I have tried many others as I started having this problem at the age of 23 which is very young. Im almost 30 now and gone through many products trying to find the right one, well Depend it is from now on not only have I not had any leakage at night with this ones but they are also so comfortable that I don't even feel like I'm wearing them and knowing that I can go to sleep and rely on them not to let me down has been a HUGE confidence boost for me. Honestly it makes me want to wear these instead of pads. The underwear itself is super thick and stretchy, makes me feel like I can run a mile and not worry about leaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new size fits much better, more comfortable, snug and less likely to leak. It's amazing how much liquid these hold for being so thin. They are very discrete under clothing and look more like regular underwear than an incontinence product. My only complaint is that these are only really effective for bladder leakage. The crotch is sort of narrow and there is very little absorbent material in the back of the brief, so if you deal with bowel leakage these aren't for you.
