Seems to hold up with bending and squatting. The comfort level seems pretty good too. Didn’t have the option of having an accident in them but seems to be good absorbency for those that may need a little more protection from accidents.

The underwear feel very high quality and I can tell I won’t have to worry about accidents or odor while wearing these. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Fresh Protection absorbs 25x it’s weight & neutralizes odors. I had my uncle try these because he currently uses a different brand. These fit much more comfortably, not leaving a red mark around his legs afterward! No odor at all and the absorption was perfect. He was able to walk & move around normally, no issues or discomfort. These are a few dollars more than what he uses but well worth the change so he will be using these from now on. The good far outweighs the few dollars!

They are made from flexible, stretchy material that molds to your body. They have cotton batting inside that provides the right amount of coverage. The absorbency is decent. These will definitely provide enough protection during an emergency as long as the liquid is a small to moderate amount. They may leak if it's too much liquid. I like that they are pretty hidden and hard to see under clothing. They also don't add too much bulk. I think they are a good overall product.
