I use this at the gym, and my only issue is that sweat causes the adhesive around the padding to come unglued. If I use the toilet, absorbent padding and gel falls out onto my shorts and the floor. That said, it is discreet and fairly absorbent given its size, and I am not embarrassed to wear them under clothing. Would like an option for night use.

THERE IS NO ABSORBING MATERIAL ON EITHER SIDE OF THE PAD AT THE MID SECTION. WHEN I HAVE AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF URINE FLOW IT COLLECTS IN THE MID SECTION AND SLOSHES AROUND. YOU MUST NOT HAVE TRIED THESE UNIT ON MEN WITH INCONTINENCE OTHERWISE YOU WOULD NOT HAVE APPROVED THEIR USE. I HAVE USED THESE UNIT THRU 2005 AND WHEN YOU ANNOUNCED THAT YOU WERE MAKING A CHANGE IN 2006 I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANT. BUT WHEN I GOT THE FIRST PACKAGE WITHOUT ABSOBING MATERIAL I THOUGHT YOU HAD A MALFUNCTIONING MACHINE. AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY CONTINUED CALLS TO YOUR OFFICE THAT I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THIS MALFUNCTION. BUT WHEN I FINALLY GOT YOUR SAMPLES AND REALIZED THAT YOU DELIBERATELY REMOVED THE ABSORBING MATERIAL - - I THOUGHT WHY, CERTAINLY NOT FOR ASTHETICALY REASONS. MUST BE TO SAVE MONEY IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. I HAVE NOW BECOME A NON-USER OF YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE MESS THEY CAUSE ME BECAUSE OF EXCESS URINE FLOW. AND YES I USED THE TWO SAMPLE PRODUCT YOU SENT ME AND I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. PUBLIX, WALGREENS, CVS, HDIS ALL HAVE PRODUCTS THAT DO THE JOB.

I thought they were quite durable as I use them all day. They stayed together in spite of much movement . They’re very absorbent, more so than I thought they would be! They fit well and hold up when I am out and about in case something happens. When you wear this, you won’t have to feel embarrassed about something that occurs to many people but don’t like to talk about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a surprisingly effective product for my father-in-law, who is bedbound. The leaks were fully contained, odor was minimal, and he said they were comfortable and not "sweaty". These did not cause any chafing, stretched with his movement, and stayed on very well. The inner lining absorbed and quickly crystallized the liquid, preventing any spillover, even with a full bladder evacuation. Just for fun, I put a pair on and wore them for a day. Because of the soft and stretchy material, you could not tell I was wearing a leak protection product. Very discreet, for those that are out and about.

I wear on a daily basis and find them quite comfortable, just about like regular men's briefs. They have worked wonders with regards to providing the security I was after, and have allowed me to be more comfortable meeting my friends for dinner and drinks or for a show.
