Before i was diagnosed with Celiac disease I was always having "accidents" with my bowels. Now this product is intended for urine, it does a very good job at holding the bowel movements that sometimes cannot be controlled as well. I use these all the time. They are comfortable and I feel like I am wearing underwear. It also has saved me on many "events" at work when I cannot make it to the toilet in time, as well as at home. It contains the accidents very well and out of a two dozen incidents I can only recall one time where they leaked. I use the Small/medium because i want the tight coverage.

Even though he dislikes having to wear them at all, he said that having a type that fits better than his other ones made him feel more confident in general that others wouldn't notice. Good odor control is always a big plus, too, and these have it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening, I just didn’t like the smell. It has a strong chemical scent that immediately put me off, and that alone was a big turnoff for me. The product itself looks well-made. The material feels soft, and the construction looks solid. I only tested it for light leakage, not for heavy soiling, so I didn’t get to see how it performs at full absorbency. But based on other reviews I’ve read, it really performs well. It was easy to put on and felt decently comfortable throughout the day. I’m very petite, so understandably there was some bunching. I don’t think that would be an issue for someone with an average-sized frame. It does fit close to the body and doesn’t feel bulky under clothes. It’s designed to be worn by itself, so I really wish they used cleaner materials. Having that chemical scent and synthetic fabric directly touching the skin, especially in sensitive areas, just doesn’t feel great.

I dont have severe leakage all the time, however when im sick and cough or sneeze a lot its terrible. Depends products allow me more ease of mind during these times. Depend Fresh Protection Underwear for Women are great for an overactive bladder, and even though I take medication, I occasionally have accidents. Wearing Depends underwear calms my nerves, knowing that leaks will not go through my clothes. There’s a liner that keeps you dry and controls odor. The underwear are a comfortable fit all day and don’t show through your clothing. They absorb really well. Depends are very soft, nothing like a bulky diaper. These provide discrete protection and very wearable all day.

I have had to begin using these to prevent leaks, and although the generic brands are cheaper, the Depends fit better. I've only had one occasion when they leaked, and that was primarily when I waited too long to change it. Plus this Stock up box is the best price I've found for the product.

I don't personally poop myself, but I could see how someone who does would feel very comfortable while wearing these if I were to wake up in the middle of the night wearing this, I would feel very confident that if I peed myself, my girlfriend would not have pee all over her in the morning.
