A number of Depend Underwear for Women have stretched out before wearing them. I wear size small/medium. The last package I had at least three pair were unwearable because thee garment had no elasticity. Also the elastic waist causes rash and itching. I prefer the Silhoutte Style but cannot use them exclusively due to higher cost.

The absorbancy is very good as well as the order control. All around Depend Fit-Flex Underwear is a good fit for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These depends are surprisingly comfortable! The material is soft, it almost feels like stretchy fabric with a pad attached. After a while you forget you are wearing them. They aren't too bulky under my clothing and yes, they do keep you dry and there are no odors. I usually wear a size large in pants and the large in these depends fit perfectly. I felt very secure while wearing these and did not experience any leakage or odors with mild to moderate usage. They held up for entire day at work/ overnight.

I wear on a daily basis and find them quite comfortable, just about like regular men's briefs. They have worked wonders with regards to providing the security I was after, and have allowed me to be more comfortable meeting my friends for dinner and drinks or for a show.

The sizing was perfect and they felt comfortable, more bulky than a pad but if pads don’t bother you then you should be good to go. I did not use them to their full capacity but absorbed wonderfully.

I was really happy with the fit and size as some people are larger than others like me. The fit was good but seemed a bit to wide in between leg/crotch area. Would be nice to have contour shape between crotch area. Other then wide pad I was completely satisfied 100%.

I'm wearing them for the first time. I'm a big guy with a 58 inch waist so I ordered the XXL. They don't even cover my butt. They are supposed to fit 56 to 64 in waists. I can pull them up enough in the front to cover and provide some protection but to have the backside under my cheeks is not what I would call a comfortable fit. I take water pills and had hoped this would give me more freedom. Not so sure that's going to happen.
