Until now all the under garments were too small even the extra large didn’t fit right until I tried the Depend FIT-FLEX Underwear for Women. They were so stretchy and fit perfectly and were so comfortable and not bulky under my jeans looked just like I was wearing regular underwear. I want to Thank Depends for taking the time and effort to make a product that says what it does and really works.

I like that they don’t look or feel like a diaper—just soft, stretchy underwear that really works. No leaks, no weird smell, and they’re not obvious under clothes. I can wear them all day and not think twice. Definitely a lifesaver.

Depends flex underwear molds to the body better than any I have tried for my husband since he suffered a brain hemorrhage 4 1/2 years ago. They are the only ones that mold to the body for a more natural feel, therefore no leakage or sagging. I don't understand why other brands have the high leg cut, that causes leaks and does not stay with the body as it moves. I have received other brands free from the Hospice service my husband has, and I have returned them. The Depends absorption is excellent, no ballooning and the skin is protected from the moisture. The only issue I have with the underwear is the padding does not go up high enough in the back. The front padding is higher than required, the back needs to be higher. I even tried putting them on backwards, but they are not comfortable that way. When a person is not walking around and in sitting/laying position most of the time, the lower back padding leaks. To me this adjustment would make them perfect. He wears a small/medium size.

I knew they would be absorbent, but they were also very discreet under my clothing and very comfortable. The stretch sides made these a perfect fit, made them easy to put on and take off, and could hardly tell I was wearing these. No leaks at all.

I have been wearing both the Fit and Flex and the Silhouette products for over two years now. I wear the Fit and Flex during the weekdays and nights, and I wear the Silhouette when I go to church or special functions. Overall the Fit and Flex has been an excellent product for me to wear during the day, but sometimes during the night there are small leaks because my urine stream seems to be more to the right side than in the center. During the daytime this isn't an issue at all but at night it can be frustrating to wake up and there is leakage up my backside that makes it go over the edge of the pad. I love the Silhouette products the best. They are very comfortable even though I am a very overweight woman suffering from cancer. I wear them when I go to church or to a special occasion and call them my "pretty panties" because they truly do feel like regular underwear. I have never had leakage with these, even if I wear them overnight. The colors are pretty but I do wish they had some with flowers like the Fit and Flex to make them prettier. I would definitely recommend this product for any cancer patient suffering with incontinence.

The fit according to my father was perfect and so far it has done its share of dryness and odor control as my father is aging this is definitely a product we will use. He stated they are comfortable and secure and feel more like real underwear compared to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is built to last. Not as comfortable as its competitors. I got a size too small so it was a little tight. The outside material is soft. I would've liked to have more softness on the inside that is a little rough.
