My daughter has special needs and always has to use disposable underwear at night. Unfortunately, even with them she almost always has leaks, but these are the best I have found to date. The fit is good and the leaks are minimal. I will continue to invest in these in spite of the cost. It is worth the peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The young lady who I care for is totally incontinent. The fit is nice and snug, fits tight to the skin and lower on the waist. Which means less fussing with the adjustment of the underwear as she wore them. But the held almost nothing. Sometimes I would have just gotten her settled after changing her, and she had already soaked through her clothes again!! I think that for a little bit of bladder leakage these might work. But if you are looking for something to help with special needs family members, these aren't absorbent enough to be of any help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went 2 days to an all day concert. Wire these depends both days. It was 90+ degrees both days. 1st day it held up pretty good, even in the heat. The second day, it poured down rain. It got a little soggy, but still held up. I would definitely recommend these. They did not make me sweat either. I've heard in the past they make people sweat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found that the Depend Fit-Flex fits much better than any other brand I have used. I had tried the Rite Aid brand previously and they were ok but never close to the Depend Fit-Flex. I would reccomend the Depend brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depends fit flex underwear for men with the next man absorbency holds quite a bit of urine without leaking. My husband did not have a problem wearing them. He actually said, they fit very comfortably and was very satisfied they did not leak!

Although I don't feel I should have to worry about such things at 54 years of age; it's nice to know that Depends Fit-Flex Underwear are available if I decide to use them regularly in the future.

I expected them to feel like paper on my skin and cause chaffing but they didn't feel like cheap paper hospital briefs, they felt like fabric underwear and weren't humiliatingly noticeable or bulky and didn't hang out of the top of my pants.
