If you’re sick with a cold and have bladder issues these are not good. I have gone through three of these and each time had a blow out. I’m not happy with how pricy these are and how flimsy they can be. Can’t even wear them for a whole day as they start to bunch up in the crotch area and become useless.

During the night when I check on her, I frequently have to get her out of a wet bed and change the sheets and disrupt her from her sleep. I have used these for 3 nights in a row now and to my amazement, the sheets are dry all night long and she is getting better sleep and waking up happier without disruption during the middle of the night to change sheets and her clothing. I will be using these every night from now on as they work and are fantastic in holding in the wetness. I have not noticed any leaks on the sheets or her clothing and that will also save on daily bedding wash!!! They are nice and stretchy and she says they feel like underwear but give her the protection she needs over night. She’s is currently in size 14/16 girls or adult xs and these fit perfect.
