However, as I sit throughout the day, the inside lining of the diaper keeps tearing near the end. Well, its more like it just kind of opens, like it was poorly put together, and this means that the gel inside can escape, making a bit of a mess.

After trying a sample of this product I liked the comfort of it so much that I quit wearing regular underwear! lol The previous products I had tried felt like "diapers". ugh! These feel like control top panties but with great protection from leaks and other embarrassing moments. IBS etc. Now I can relax when on trips. I weigh 170 lbs and I buy the S/M size and they fit PERFECT.

I wore them as underwear and went to the grocery store and they felt normal as if I was wearing underwear. And the grey color was a bonus, so if I bend and they are exposed for some reason I believe no one would know they weren’t underwear. Thank you very much for these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i recently got a very bad kidney infection and was dealing with incontinence but these briefs literally saved my life!! without them i definitely would have ruined my clothes while being out in public. they absorbed a lot of urine and didnt have a smell. i’m a true medium and they fit perfect they are also very stretchy and could easily fit someone thats bigger.

After that the back tends to fall apart from moisture, when they aren't at all soiled, just sweaty. I use them as a preventative measure, and expect them to stay in one piece as long as they're not soiled. I do not suffer from urinary incontinence, I use them for occasional (unexpected) light bowel leakage.
