Yes these are just like wearing underwear but they are for bladder leakage while you live day to day without being embarrassed by wetness on my clothes. They absorb well as you she unfortunately we can't always make it especially in a deep sleep but don't want to feel like a baby and these feel more like underpants. They absorb better then the pantie type.

They come with a dry shield and they absorb and neutralize odors which is awesome! They are stretchy which adds to comfort level as well and came in handy after surgery.
