Great value

I agree with the other reviewer saying that this heavy whipping cream doesn't whip. I mixed it for an extended period of time and it never whipped up. Sam's must be cheaping out on the cream content now.

I bought this because Sam's offer a better deal on the product. The ingredients include CARAGENAN won't be buying it again unless the offer a real product without garbage additives.

I have been using this in my coffee for years. Now it won't even mix in. It looks like you put cottage cheese in it. I have tried 4 different quarts and all it does is ruin coffee.

It used to be good but doesn't mix well in my coffee anymore! It's very thick and clumps up. Have to use a milk frother. It also seems to go bad much quicker than before. I stopped using it and switched to a different brand.

This has been altered. It has more gums and other additives now, resulting in a very thick, displeasing product. Very disappointing, as this has been a staple in our morning coffee an various low-carb recipes for years.

Love this heavy whipping cream, i mainly use it in mashed potatoes and making my own whipped cream for hot cocoa or for fresh fruit and maybe some pound cake. So easy to make, was doing it by hand always fun to have little ones help or even older kids when your arm gets tired. I usually just take heavy whipping cream, a small amount of vanilla and a little sugar and mix till stiff peaks, also will do this with my Kitchen Aid I finally got my wisk attachment for. So much cheaper then buying it in a can or tub and you know the ingredients added.

We have 3 Sams Clubs within 20 miles of us and we can only get the quart size contsiner at one of the 3 clubs. The other 2 clubs switched to a half gallon size around Christmas. Noone needs a half gallon of cream unless you are baking or using it for desserts. I really wish this quart size was available at ALL Sams for us coffee drinkers because cream goes bad once it is opened. This is a pure cream with no weird fillers. It is the best cream available unless you own your own cow.

Have to agree with the others, this product has changed and clumps in coffee after being open a few days. Used to think it was not being kept cold enough but after reading the other reviews, seems to be a common occurrence. Also have noticed whipped cream will be slimy by the next day.

We use the Heavy Cream for both savory and sweet recipes. It is consistently thick and rich and always lasts beyond the good thru date. I have used it too make whipped cream, cream soups or stews, cream cheese and butter. I can highly recommend it for its price, quality, and freshness.
