They not only changed the packaging but they changed the actual cream. The old one whipped as soon as you hit it with the mixer. This one is more like heavy milk. Several minutes under the mixer results in some whip and mostly liquid. PLEASE BRING THE OLD ONE BACK

I've been buying Member's Mark heavy cream for years, since it's less $ than other brands at other stores. Once I open 1, I buy another, so I never run out. It's good, but 4 stars vs 5, because in the past few months, a few quarts developed lumps. They melt while cooking but not as well in coffee.

For years I had eschewed ultra-pasteurized heavy cream, both for personal use and in my catering business, always preferring the "real deal." When non ultra-pasteurized became even more challenging to find, I gave the Sam's Club heavy cream (ult. past.) a reluctant try and loved it. I was shocked at how good it was! Around December 2022/January 2023 I noticed a radical change in the product, with decidedly more "thickeners" being added. Sometimes even coaxing the product out of the container became a challenge. In the last several months, not only is it radically different in terms of "thickness" but using 2 Tablespoons of it per day in my coffee, I no longer get through a quart of it without it becoming disgusting. It leaves a cottage-cheesy type of floating mixture at the top of my coffee, necessitating throwing out the contents. Sam's Club: Lighten up on the carageenan and bring back our former product!

Great taste. Terrible ingredients. Carrageenan as a second ingredient is atrocious. Don’t you love your shoppers ? I quit buying this years ago bc you would not take the poison out of it. Sad to see it’s still there. REMOVE. CARRAGEENAN. ITS HORRIBLE FOR HUMAN STOMACH HEALTH.

Sams Heavy Whipping Cream has changed in the last few weeks. It's so thick and unusable, will not mix, is just clumpy, and kind of oily in my coffee now. Thrown out 5 of these, stupidly kept buying thinking, "just a bad batch." How will I know if it's been fixed so I can buy it again?

At this price point I can use as much cream as I want without breaking the bank.

It had evidently been allowed to get warm. So thick you had to squeeze it out like toothpaste. Sour 2 days later.
