Salmon is always fresh, well wrapped, and priced better than without the skin. Sometimes pieces are a little big for just my wife and me.

Has always been a crowd pleaser for me!

A little oil rub, a little salt & pepper, put on a piece of non stick foil & you have grilled salmon that pleases everyone.

Great Catch - Salmon with slim on!!

We love it. I purchase and slice into portions and freeze with my Food Saver. As it would be too much for 2 people. Then I just thaw in the frig for a few hours and blacken on the grill in a cast iron skillet. Better than a restaurant!
