Baked in oven which turned out scrumptious

If I am going to grill salmon, I always buy it with the skin on. I think it stays juicier this way. Members Mark salmon is my favorite. I marinate it in McCormick's Baja seasoning 1/2 hour before grilling. Muy delicioso!

We've gotten this a few times, and it's always a great quality and price. We throw it on the smoker, whole. Very happy with this - will purchase again and again.

I had to return the salmon at the store. It was white around the edge of the salmon. I had not seen that before and was agraid that it was beginning to spoil.

Taste delicious. Easy preparation too. Season with one stick of melted butter across the top and sprinkle with rosemary/garlic seasoning. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes....so good!!

The salmon was preseasoned with pesto, garlic butter, but wasn't fit to eat. It was terrible. I feed the entire slab to my cats and it stands there for days.

They started putting this in the cryovac do not smell me containers about t3 months ago. Now you can not smell if the fish is old. I bought some of this two weeks ago and gagged when I opened it. Ended up throwing most of it away. I'll never buy fresh salmon at Sam's ever again!

I am so disappointed in Sam's decision to change their skinless salmon to the product they are now selling. The old salmon was packaged fresh, dark pink and thick and delicious. This new product is light pink, vacummed seal and I threw it all out (which wasn't a cheap choice). It smelled so bad, I would not feed it to the dog. Sorry Sam's but you are changing your products and it's not a wise choice. I agree with all the posts regarding this new salmon you are selling.

I always buy skin-on salmon with a consistent 1st rate product but this last piece must have missed the scaler. There were loose and still on scales everywhere when I opened it, something you can't see in the sealed packaging. I mentioned it to the store customer service, not so much as a complaint but a warning and she gave me a refund. I was quite surprised and delighted. The salmon was delicious but it took me forever to clean the fillet and everything else in the kitchen.
