The last couple times I have purchased salmon it doesn't taste fresh, it had fishy smell and a little slimy

Always tastes very good however it is quite pale for salmon. I guess when it’s farm raised it doesn’t quite get the nutrients wild caught does.

I have always purchased without the skin, but this time I decided to try with the skin. It was ok but my preference is the skinless.

My kids are so picky but the love when I bake this salmon for dinner. There are never any left overs. It's always moisture.

This salmon was wonderful for smoking. I smoked at 225 for just under 2 hours. It turned out great.

Great Fish that the family loves. Feeds a family of 4 with left over for Bagels, Salmon, Cream Cheese and Capers in the morning.

Best time to buy is when it is on-sale as the price is a little salty. The Salmon itself is very good!
