These are great on the smoker, grill, or oven. We have cooked them with a variety of seasonings and methods. No bad ones yet!!

Good as any other major market item, would prefer it skinless next time. It bakes and blackens well, stays firm.

Good salmon but not sourced from oceans surrounding the USA. Also, this filter is not scaled. Would prefer skin on and scaled filet.
