Great size, quality, taste … prefer the skin on for baking. Wine done, just use spatula to cut and serve leaving skin in pan (foil lined pan). A family favorite, never disappoints.

The skin-on salmon is a good buy; however, all the scales were still intact with this fish. It took quite a bit of time to remove the scales. Just keep that in mind when purchasing -- it is not ready to cook!

We love slmon. Since removing artifical coloring, we have enjoyed the salmon we buy at the club. The price is excellent. Unfortunatly, this time the salmon had a fatty streak vin the tail.

I absolutely love Salmon fillets but the one I selected was a little mushy on one end so that was very disappointing because when I cut them I expect almost perfect even pieces of salmon filets

This comes in the vacuum sealed packaging and always seems very fresh. We have bought it several times now and always found it great quality and delicious.

Sams salmon is always fresh, we use it so many different ways grilled, pan seared, oven baked, or chopped up for salmon and rice, however cooked we have not been disappointed.

This is the first time I bought fresh salmon. The frozen ones I bought last had parasites in it so I said let me try this. It had parasites as well so I guess it’s no more salmon for me.

Had to return the first one we bought. It was 3 days past the sell by date and smelled up the car. Was given credit and purchased another piece that was fresh. It was very good on the grill.

This salmon is always a very large portion as it’s folded to fit into the package. I’ve fed a family of 9 with one pack. It’s a great bang for your buck.
