The salmon is good! I put butter malted at the bottom of pan with lemon. Seasoning red pepper, salt,pepper, fresh squeezed lemon &fresh Squeezed orange, parsley & melted butter on top .Skin falls after cooked when you barely touch with a spatula .I like no skin but my husband likes skin . 20 minutes good for my husband but 5 more minutes for me well done but still not dry at all because of all the butter lemon sauce .Everyone is happy including my 7th boy!

I always buy salmon (skin on) at Sam’s but recently my last three purchases have been smelly and they fell apart after opening the pack. The purchase today will be my last, and I will purchase my salmon at my local fish market. I know it’s expensive but I will know my fish is fresh.

Why would you even consider selling "farm-raised" salmon? OF ALL THINGS. That is one of the most unnatural things. I bought my salmon filets from Sam's Club exclusively until now. My friend bought me some by mistake and it smelt so bad OMG. Nothing but trash.
