I was disappointed by this brand of creatine especially considering the high ratings. I've tried other creatine brands before and decided to try this one out. Took it for a few days and then started to notice a numbness in my mouth, on my tongue, and my gums hurting. Switching to this creatine brand had been the only change to anything I had been consuming so I thought to see what happened if I eliminated it completely. After a day of not using it, the symptoms started to improve and 3 days later my mouth, tongue, and gums are back to normal. Pretty bummed my body reacted this way because I thought this brand dissolved very well compared to most other brands.

The new label design also includes a shorter handle on the scoop. It's now too short when the container is less than half full. It's a pain to use now. I'm switching.

Let's face it, there are alot of options in the market and they all have the same list of promises. For the price per scoop and how I feel, this is a solid go to all day long.

there wasn't a scoop! That's irritating when the serving size refers to one scoop on the directions, or 5.# grams. I pulled my kitchen scale out since I had no idea what size the missing scoop might have been. This stuff has the consistency of cornstarch, very difficult to get a precise weight measurement. Couldn't the manufacturer at least suggest a standard measurement, like 1/2 tsp or 3/4 tsp?
