I have been using this for about 2.5 weeks. I don't feel a difference yet but I am trying to be patient. I will say though, I read that this brand mixes easily and maybe it does compared to others but I usually end up with quite a bit settled at the bottom of my cup and sometimes I drink clumps. I use a blending gadget and it just won't mix well for me regardless what I mix it in. So beware of that. Otherwise, it has no taste and I haven't really had any side effects from it.

I've used a lot of creatine from various brands over the last 6 years, and this is the best value on creatine I've seen so far. Not only is it monohydrate (the best form) but you get 100 servings and it's 18 bucks...that's unheard of. To top it off, the creatine is banned substance tested by informed sport, a 3rd party testing a quality assurance company, meaning they test every batch for banned substances and adulterants so it's guaranteed safe to be used for sport. This definitely my new go to, I've already bought 4 containers. This creatine is flavorless and dissolves in water very well. I'm not sure what other reviews say when they mention a bad taste because that's not the case. I hope Sam's club keeps selling this for the foreseeable future.

I'm seeing complaints on here about how it clumps or doesn't taste good. Just dry scoop it, throw back some water down with it… problem solved. As far as taste goes… it's unflavored for a reason. Why are people worrying about that? It gets the job done and that's what matters most. This isn't something you drink for pleasure, it's workout supplements lol

It causes headaches

The price is great, and it has no taste. But it does not dissolve well, even when mixed with warm water and/or after sitting for a bit. If you mix it in water or a similar drink, it will have a gritty texture. If you add it to a protein shake or a similar consistency drink, it is less noticeable. I've always heard that mixing creatine with a hot beverage can cause the creatine to degrade, so I can't try that. Despite the great price, I'll probably go back to the creatine I was using prior.

there wasn't a scoop! That's irritating when the serving size refers to one scoop on the directions, or 5.# grams. I pulled my kitchen scale out since I had no idea what size the missing scoop might have been. This stuff has the consistency of cornstarch, very difficult to get a precise weight measurement. Couldn't the manufacturer at least suggest a standard measurement, like 1/2 tsp or 3/4 tsp?

Powder is clumpy and causes bloat more than other brands.
