Dehydrates me too badly. I stopped taking it.

Creatine every day! No flavor, so I just mix with a glass of water. I am even more intentional about taking it daily for brain health as I have brain cancer. Great product.

Zero taste, great benefits, make sure to drink enough water or you'll be making a trip to the bathroom. 10/10. Will be ordering many more. Strength increase, recovery rate much faster.

This was easily the worst creatine I’ve tried from anywhere. Pretty disappointing. I’ve had the gummies from RAW and loved them. Not sure if it’s just the watermelon flavor of the powder or what. But I would not recommend.

I love the pre workouts that I’ve ordered. However, the taste of the Creatine + HMB (sour watermelon) was NOT it. It tastes like medicine and I don’t think I can power through it.

I’ve never used creatine before and it’s been a good experience. I feel better in the gym and my recovery is a bit better. And the white cherry flavor is delicious!

I mixed with protein drink for breakfast. Also had a piece of toast pre workout. This will be my first time to use this brand. I noticed an energy lift almost immediately after consumption curious to see if this will happen every time. It got me to my workout a little quicker and boost continued thru workout.

There is NO SCOOP inside the container, inconvenient to weigh each time. The creatine itself is good.
