Since I've been taking one scoop daily of the Creatine + HMB my energy levels have gone up. I'm a husband, father of 9, manage multiple businesses, and do a bit of cowboying when I have the opportunity so my health and energy levels are vital.

I was disappointed by this brand of creatine especially considering the high ratings. I've tried other creatine brands before and decided to try this one out. Took it for a few days and then started to notice a numbness in my mouth, on my tongue, and my gums hurting. Switching to this creatine brand had been the only change to anything I had been consuming so I thought to see what happened if I eliminated it completely. After a day of not using it, the symptoms started to improve and 3 days later my mouth, tongue, and gums are back to normal. Pretty bummed my body reacted this way because I thought this brand dissolved very well compared to most other brands.

I will really excited to try this product and generally have loved everything that RAW produces. From a ingredient perspective, it is awesome and love that they have added HMB and CreaSol. Unfortunately, the taste is horrible. I honestly can't find myself to stomach it. I am pretty bummed and hope they are able to work with the flavor, because then it would be a 5 star product

I am using the basic not the premium and it has a bitter taste to it and so I dont like that one. I need to switch because it ruins my coffee taste. They are not supposed to have a flavor but that one does. I dont see Sams has it anymore on website. Switching brands, otherwise it worked well.
