The price is great, and it has no taste. But it does not dissolve well, even when mixed with warm water and/or after sitting for a bit. If you mix it in water or a similar drink, it will have a gritty texture. If you add it to a protein shake or a similar consistency drink, it is less noticeable. I've always heard that mixing creatine with a hot beverage can cause the creatine to degrade, so I can't try that. Despite the great price, I'll probably go back to the creatine I was using prior.

A fruit chew gummy with the texture of a moist sour belt. Would recommend checking this out if you're curious, I'm not disappointed. Interested in seeing what the other flavors are like now, 4 gummies at 5g plus 1 scoop of monohydrate fulfills my daily 10g.

I was disappointed by this brand of creatine especially considering the high ratings. I’ve tried other creatine brands before and decided to try this one out. Took it for a few days and then started to notice a numbness in my mouth, on my tongue, and my gums hurting. Switching to this creatine brand had been the only change to anything I had been consuming so I thought to see what happened if I eliminated it completely. After a day of not using it, the symptoms started to improve and 3 days later my mouth, tongue, and gums are back to normal. Pretty bummed my body reacted this way because I thought this brand dissolved very well compared to most other brands.

I'n been taking 10 grams a day with no apparent result, IMO waste of money

I have taken various forms of creatine. This one seems to work the best for me. Flavor and consistency are good.
