Mixed fairly well, occasionally gritty but worth it

This is a journey, so I can't say anything super positive. I just don't know right now. I am still alive, so that is positive.

I was disappointed by this brand of creatine especially considering the high ratings. I’ve tried other creatine brands before and decided to try this one out. Took it for a few days and then started to notice a numbness in my mouth, on my tongue, and my gums hurting. Switching to this creatine brand had been the only change to anything I had been consuming so I thought to see what happened if I eliminated it completely. After a day of not using it, the symptoms started to improve and 3 days later my mouth, tongue, and gums are back to normal. Pretty bummed my body reacted this way because I thought this brand dissolved very well compared to most other brands.

Don’t bother mixing just do dry scoop wash it down with water done simple

There is NO SCOOP inside the container, inconvenient to weigh each time. The creatine itself is good.

I am disappointed to find that this product is processed on shared equipment with milk and wheat (also soy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame). I did not consume it due to exposure to allergens.

This is great creatine. It's actually micronized unlike other that claim to be. It has the consistency of corn starch. It's very fine and dissolves instantly in warm water or coffee.

We have two types of creatine, my husband doesn't mind the grit but I don't like it. This brand however is great, exactly what i was looking for. Happy to add it my coffee every morning. thank you!
