I have oily combo skin so when it comes to finding a moisturizer that’s going to protect my skin but not have me looking like a hot greasy mess it’s hard to find one. This one keeps me hydrated and not feeling oily and a mess. Sinks into the skin and easy to blend out and apply makeup over it. It’s a staple in my skin care routine.

this moisturize your face all day long. I could tell a difference after I used it for two or three days I mean a major difference not just subtle little changes. This was a noticeable new moisture resilience, and shine that I hadn't seen before using the product

It is also nice to know that it was formulated with Hyaluronic Acid, and Natural Moisturizing Factors no harmful chemicals nor fragrance and dyes. And lastly the glass jar it comes in is really pretty.

Wow! Not going to lie, I didn’t really like Neutrogena before trying this moisturizer. But I have to say they knocked it out of the park with their hydro boost line. This moisturizer is what got me into skincare. Before trying this I had given up on my skin because nothing ever helped. My skin used to be an oily mess and this helped me control it like nobody’s business. It’s by far my most recommended skincare item to people because it works for all skin types and gets the job done for a reasonable price. Not much more I could ask for from a moisturizer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Water Gel for a few days now and so far I'm liking most things about it. It has a soft texture and feels cooling when applied. It feels lightweight and absorbs almost immediately with minimal effort. I was surprised that even with the hyaluronic acid, it is as hydrating as it is. Since I've been using it my skin does look and feel more hydrated & nourished. My makeup applies well over it and it works with my other skincare with no balling or pilling. The only thing that I don't like is the added fragrance. The scent reminds me of a laundry product, it's very floral mixed with an almost clean linen scent. I find it too strong, unpleasant and frankly unnecessary. If you don't like fragrance or are sensitive to it I think this would be too much for you but if fragrance doesn't bother you and you are looking for a lightweight moisturizer I would recommend it.

I usually do not feel so strongly about their other products, so it must be a special ingredient that causes the unfavorable scent. I did not love the way it felt on my skin and would not absorb for a while. I could find a better product to cater to the hydration need. I am typically a fan of their products. It didnt make my skin any worse, and the product was even throughout use, so I will give it that.

I’ve been using this product for the past 2 years. I have found several dupes for it also. I have combination skin and have found that I have to use a gel moisturizer or else I have breakouts. I personally love this product and always will. I will suggest to always do a test patch on your skin before starting a new product though, everyone’s skin is different! I have sensitive skin but this product does wonders for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have sensitive skin that gets fairly oily in the warmer months and dry in the colder. It's light and goes on smooth. Doesn't make my skin feel greasy after application and face is smooth and has a nice bounce. It's a moisturizer I can wear anytime of year given the formula. I haven't had any reaction to it and it being fragrance free is a bonus. I also have a Laneige water mask and I feel like this works just as well.

My favorite facial moisturizer and so far I have tried SO many different face creams over the years and this is the only one that I always find myself repurchasing! This is light weight but also not too light that it doesn't moisturize! It’s the perfect amount of hydration, soaks in so quickly and doesn’t leave a film on the skin after! I love this product and this brand!
