I'm 65 and spend weekends in the Florida Sun (Flea Market Vendor) and for this in spite of using spf 100 have developed seriously deep wrinkles... Have used every product in the market and have found that Hydro Boost Gel is the only one that works instantly leaving my skin supple, wrinkles disappear and the scent is soft and quite lovely.... The value is excellent... Thank you for finally producing such a wonderful product.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried many moisturizers. This Hydro Boost by Neutrogena ranks at the very top of the list. The gel goes on evenly and smoothly, yet doesn't feel wet. It gave my skin a rejuvenating feel to it. After applying it, it didn't leave my skin feeling oily or greasy. Yet my skin still felt moisturized and soft. After using it for a couple of days, people started to tell me how great my skin looks.

I really wanted to like this product. Out of the jar, the fragrance is pleasant but as the day progresses, the fragrance makes my eyes burn and sinuses ache. I used it twice with the same result. Because of this, I have no idea if the product is effective as a moisturizer. Too bad it's not offered for sensitive skin or unscented.

It feels less heavy than a cream and it’s very moisturizing. It didn’t irritate my skin which was nice. It’s good for combination skin and a good moisturizer to use every night. My skin absorbs the product and doesn’t leave any residue. Great for summer too!

I've been using it on my skin after my regular skin care routine and my skin so incredibly soft after using it. I have also been applying it to my son's face and arms. He has keratosis pilaris and it leaves his skin extremely dry. Since using this water gel his skin has become softer. He loves to put it on after his bath. It smells light and soft and the texture is the best consistency. I love that a little bit goes a long way. Here are a couple of reasons why I love this product, specifically for oily skin: 1) First lets start with the consistency, It has the consistency of a shower gel and the scent of one too. Which reminds me, I tend to get minor skin reaction when I use products that have too much fragrance in them, but so far this product has not given me skin irritation at all! And I’m already on day 3. 2) I’ve used this product by itself for night-time and day-time, and I must say I love it for day time because it is light and not thick and creamy. Which means no more afternoon oily face! Neutrogena, I would love to try a new pore minimizer and a skin lightener! The texture of the serum was definitely different and unique, as when I think of serums they are usually more of a liquid and lighter in texture, but this one is kind of a jelly cream balm consistency. Its very easy to spread out and apply, absorbs into the skin really quickly and really smooths the skin out upon application which I really like.

I love the new hydro boost water gel! I have such dry skin, and this refreshes my skin filling it full of hydration. If you have dry or uneven skin tone, then this is a great product to use. I usually have to put on a moisturize 2 to sometimes 3 times a day to get it not to peel or flake. With this however, I only have to use it once a day. I would highly recommend this product if your skin is in need for hydration.

This Hydro boost gel is so light and doesn't leave any kind of funky residue or oily yuck or any type of film after using it. It isn't scented and what smell it does have is pleasant. I really enjoy this formula and will be using it in the future. I would recommend it to anyone with dry pat hy skin anywhere on their face.
