I am a senior citizen (age 65), who doesn't like putting greasy products on my face. This is so light, and absorbs so easily. Keeps my face hydrated all day. Love it! I just learned that they have an unscented version, and since I am allergic to fragrance, I can't wait to give that a try.

I live in the desert, (Las Vegas), so am always looking for a truly light and non greasy moisturizer to wear alone or under make up. Because of the heat here anything heavy or greasy seems worse especially under make up. I also need something for my sensitive skin. This moisturizer works very well for me! Have been using for just over 3 weeks every day and evening. For under my make up I notice it sets better if I use this first, and this is true for my liquid foundation and when I wear just my mineral powder make up, which is what I wear more often.

I am so sad that this is no longer offered without fragrance. Finding fragrance-free products is one of the reasons i started using neutrogena products. Now i'm probably going to have to start all over to find another company that offers a similar product that doesn't force me to wear perfume or irritate my skin.

I received this product for free to test it. I have very dry skin and couldnt wait to give this a try. Im really surprised how soft my skin feels now. It also leaves a refreshing feeling on my skin. I will continue with Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel

I received this product for testing from Influenster and I have to say, I absolutely LOVE it. My skin is generally oily, although its developed some dry patches with this lovely winter weather. This moisturizer hydrates your skin, but leaves it with a soft, almost matte finish. It's perfect to use under makeup, and I've noticed that I get a lot less greasy throughout the day than I normally would. It also smells amazingly fresh, and feels really cooling on your skin. I feel like this will be perfect to use in the warmer weather as well. Even though I received this product for free, my opinions are my own. I highly recommend checking this product out. It performs just as well as any prestige skincare!

I love this stuff. I only tried it a couple times, but I am already in love with it. I do have a question though. After you apply Hydro Boost, can you apply another daily moisturizer? At night is it OK to apply my night time wrinkle cream? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Neutrogena for making such a wonderful product. Love all your products!

This winter really took a toll on my skin, I've been looking for a moisturizer and I'm so glad I found this product. After just a couple days my skin started to glow again after months of being dull and it just feels refreshed, I have only been using the cream for a couple weeks and I can already see and feel the difference. I really like that it goes on light and absorbs fast, yet still gives the kind of hydration a heavier moisturizer gives. I could tell the difference after the first use. Plus it doesn't leave a layer of residue like many moisturizers do. My face dries out easily, especially around my jawline, so it's important for me to have a stronger moisturizer that won't leave my skin feeling like I need to wash it again. I really like how soft and hydrated my skin feels. I also like that it's fragrance-free. I use it before bed and am grateful for the lack of a distracting scent. All in all, I highly recommend giving it a try!

At this price point, you would be hard pressed to find a product that is just as effective and also water based. That was an interesting twist to this product. The smell is the only reason why I would mark the quality less. It would honestly prefer a scentless product. The smell does not detract from how well the product works though. It even helped even out the redness of my skin. I would recommend this product as a moisturizer. I received this product to review compliments of Influenster, but all opinions are my own.
