It's the best moisturizer I've ever bought. My skin is oily and it works good with wet skin because it absorbs better. It's a super good gel. Personally, I highly recommend to whom hasn't satisfied with his or her moisturizer, fragrance-free, not itching, or sensitive-free. Yes. This works sooooo well. I have really sensitive skin and for the past few weeks I have had a dry and sensitive face that feels vulnerable to the elements (wind, humidity, sun and heat damage, stress). Hydro-Boost did the trick. I have always liked Neutrogena's products - sunscreen, cleanser, etc. . . . This one might just be my favorite - Upon using Hydro-Boost my skin feels hydrated; the water gel is not heavy, it's not oily and it won't make your face look shiny. You don't need to slather it on even - I just use a little each time and it immediately calms my face - no redness, no burning - so far soooooo good. Try it and you will love it!

This product has become part of my nightly skin care routine. I struggle with dry skin and this combats it beautifully. I hate products that feel heavy or greasy on my skin, and this product is neither. It is light and absolutely refreshing, leaving a cool sensation after application. It has a lightweight water like gel cream that instantly nourishes skin. This cream quickly absorbs like a gel and deeply moisturizes like a cream within skin’s surface for healthy looking dewy skin that lasts. This product is also fragrance free which my sensitive skin appreciates. Lastly this product is paraben free, phthalate free, dye free, dermatologist tested, allergy tested and non comedogenic. I’ve seen this neutrogena hydroboost line in store and online but I’ve never tried it. I loved it! The packaging was very nice, and it looks good sitting on my vanity. This is a super hydrating yet lightweight moisturizer that left my skin feeling hydrated without being greasy or oily. My skin has a beautiful glow as well. I had no issue with breakouts since using it either which is usually an issue when using a new product. I like that it’s unscented and formulate for all skin types. It also doesn’t cause my makeup to pill when applying it under makeup. I don’t think I’ll go back to using any other moisturizer in the future. This product lives up to all the hype!

Ive never really liked moisturizer but I've been watching YouTube videos & wanted to try a Gel one.. I'M SO GLAD I DID! This stuff is AMAZING! I picked it up with the Hydro Boost hydrating cleansing gel face wash (Omg it smells soooo good!) best decision ever! My skin has never FELT so wonderful. I've never been happy really with my oily dry skin (how is that even possible? Right!) im only on day 3 and i never do product reviews but this stuff is life!! My skin feels so clean even after all day (never in my life) thank you Neutrogena. Love a girl on a budget who just wants to look good and feel good

However, even 24 hours applying this product, my face still feels hydrated, even in dry weather. A little bit of product goes a long way, so that's always a plus. In terms of consistency of the product, I can't say I've ever seen anything like it. It is a hybrid between a gelatinous substance and a cream. Either way, it works wonders and I'd recommend it!

I daily use the Hydro Boost with SPF !5% in the morning, and the Hydro Boost Water Gel w/out sunscreen at night. I'm 73, but my skin is very moist. I don't need those heavy creams anymore...my skin is too thin now to absorb most of them. I will stick with Hydro Boost Water Gel!

I love that it’s light and absorbs quickly. It keeps my face moisturized all day without making my skin any oilier and feels so lightweight that I forget I even put it on! I love the packaging and the size of the container. I will definitely be buying more once this runs out.

I'll keep this simple and to the point. My skin can get rough and a bit oily at times. So... I washed my face, exfoliated, patted it down with witch hazel and then applied this product (all before going to bed). When I woke up the next morning my face felt amazing. Moist and glowing. You don't need all that much because it has the consistency of diluted lotion but smoother (if that makes sense). It doesn't have a smell about which I can remark. They need to make a larger version. It is pricy in my opinion. But at the rate of its performance, I will buy again.
