I bought this item last week. I have oily skin and wanted a moisturizer that had no oils in it and was light weight and thought to give this a try. On my skin it feels so cooling and light and the smell is great I think. I have sensitive skin due to eczema and this did not irritate it at all. My skin is the most hydrated it’s been.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my holy grail of affordable moisturizer. The consistency of this product is a creamy gel. It is super lightweight, and it dries very quickly leaving behind no sticky/goopy feeling. My face feels INSTANTLY hydrated.i think the fragrance is good and not overwhelming, but it is important to note that there is a fragrance. This product makes my small lines disappear (dehydration lines). It makes for a smooth foundation, and I just can’t say enough about this product. My favorite moisturizer of all time is Clinique Moisture Surge, but I couldn’t afford the ever-rising price tag, so I am over the moon neutrogena released their own formula. The perfect dupe!

I felt compelled to write this review for others who may be in my position. I am in my mid 40s with fair Celtic skin, which is prone to irritation and has large pores. All of my entire adult life, virtually every moisturizer, even those labeled non-comedogenic, would cause occasional blemishes and always perpetuated my face full of blackheads. I would use salicylic cleansers to rid my face of blackheads, but my face would then get so dry that is was flaking. I would then use a moisturizer to ease the flaking, and the blackheads would immediately return. This is the first and only moisturizer that I have used that does not cause my blackheads to reappear. My skin is supple and soft with virtually no visible blackheads and blemishes. I simply cannot believe the transformation in my face. If they ever change this formula, I will cry. It was the ONLY formula whose ingredients matched a chemists' list that I researched on the internet that rated ingredients based on their lack of pore clogging properties.

My skin is generally very in the winter. After using the Hydro Boost Water Gel for just a few days, I can really feel the difference. I love how hydrated it makes my skin feel. the Hydro Boost Water Gel doesn't leave my skin feeling at all greasy after using it. It's a very nice light product. I will definitely be using this daily. Used to use this as my daily moisturizer a while back, but it didn’t fit my skin type. The formula is great if you have dry skin and need a deeper level of moisture, but my oily skin rejected it. Clean ingredients though and it works for a lot of my friends!

Regular facial moisturizer, this is NOT. I really love and enjoy using this product. It's great that is not a lotion but a gel. It very light and leaves my face feeling brand new. Finding something that will leave my face not feeling dry is amazing. The smell of it is amazing, doesn't have that alcohol smell. I will for sure be a regular customer of the Hydro Boost water gel. It is just so lovely.

I have very dry skin and struggled to find products that could give my skin moisture to last throughout the day and also stand with my foundation and other make up I like to apply to my face daily. Neutrogena Hyrdo Boost water gel Hyaluronic acid formula has not let me down. I use this after I cleanse or wash my face before applying serums or moisturizer. It dies have a bit of scent but it's refreshing and not over powering. I recommend this product for anyone with any skin type. I love it!

I've been a regular user of Moisture Surge for several months. The Neutrogena water gel is a great dupe for it. It is light, absorbs fast and doesn't make you look greasy. Love the pleasant scent too. I tested Neutrogena Hydro Boost water gel for free, but all opinions are my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always liked Neutrogena’s products, so I was thrilled to try the Hydro Boost Water Gel Hyaluronic Acid. It comes in such intriguing packaging, and I’m compelled to try because my combo skin can get pretty dry at times. I typically use a moisturizer under my makeup, and there is no issue, but some days I yearn for more if I’m not wearing makeup. This water gel is pretty great. It glides on easily, is not noticeable once on (not greasy), and did by make me break out. I couldn’t really tell if you’re supposed to use this under makeup, so I’m not sure how often I’ll use this, but thus did seem well-formulated.
