Awesome

This stuff is legit. Makes wonderful cheesesteaks. I can't believe how well this cooks from frozen. Now, I can make excellent cheesesteaks at home. In the past, I would buy ultra expensive ribeye and have it sliced thinly against the grain. This stuff, however, is very cost effective.

Excellent

This is the best Philly cheese steak meat I think I've ever bought. It comes in 3 individual packs that can make 3 sandwiches. You can even break it apart to only make 1 sandwich. This meat is also great in other meals. I made steak bowls with the pouches of jasmine rice and Baja black beans. Everyone loved it. I will be making sure we always have this on hand.

Good flavor, Convenient, Easy Meals

Convenient packaging - three "patties" are in each shrink wrap, along with a packet of delicious seasoning. Besides the griddle fry sandwich depicted on the box, this thin sliced beef can be used for Korean dishes such as chap chae, (I add beef to mine) or bulgogi, easily made if you buy the sauce in a bottle. Also, as we miss the Japanese fast food restaurants called Beef Bowl on the west cost, with this beef I can make my own. I gently saute (medium heat) this meat with a little sliced onion, just shaved right into a sauce pan, then add Yoshida's sauce which is just like that fast food restaurant we miss so much. I even add a pat of butter for richness and flavor. Put over steamed rice and there you have it. Low heat, do not overcook. I have also used a patty to add a bit more beef to a short rib barley vegetable soup, and will use it in fried rice in the future. Just this morning I made a lazy breakfast dish of a gently sauteed a patty with onion, after which I mixed in an egg, making a scramble. Very good, very satisfying. Don't overcook, to keep it tender.

Loopy plastic bands throughout

I am very frustrated and disappointed to have been the unfortunate one or however many packages of this meat that was sold with this "plastic" throughout. Initially upon seeing these, I thought they were the sliced onions that i cooked with the meat, only to realize while chewing there was this clear hard plastic that looked just like the onions even down to the translucence and width. Sam's, of course, is no-hassle when it comes to refunds and customer satisfaction. But buyer beware. You might miss these "bands" while cooking, but you won't when you chew. This happened more than a month ago. I'm sorry I don't have pictures.
