Excellent product! I julienne an onion and some bell peppers, sauté then add thawed beef and season with some of the included seasoning packet. One section of the beef is the perfect portion for one small hoagie bun.

This is a close second to fresh shaved steak. It breaks apart and cooks up easily. The quality is better than other quick cook frozen shaved steak varieties such as Steak-ums.

Bought this and was excited to try it. Cooked according to package directions. First bite and had a piece of bone shaving in my mouth, about an 1" long. Everything went into the garbage. This product is horrible, and dangerous.

For the most part, these are fantastic! I do not use the flavor pack that comes with these. Add your own salt and pepper, and other fixings, and you can make a quality sandwich. Be prepared, as these cook rather fast.

love these it's a great cut of beef and it's so quick and easy to make love to throw some onions and peppers in a pan and Grill these up on the side on some sourdough bread with cheese for Philly cheese steaks

Deceptive marketing! I thought this was actual Philly sandwiches not just a vacuum pack of meat which after reading the other reviews just now is likely butchers trash trimmings. I guess I will have to cook this disappointment and find out.

These are absolutely amazing! We actually make them with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns! Cook all three and then mix together! OMG!! Great as a late night snack! Definitely will be purchasing more!

This is so full of fat throughout the meat. After it is cooked, I can wring out the grease. It is greasy and not flavorful. I will never purchase again.

So freaking good! So fast and easy to cook. I saute up mushrooms and onions to go with it. White american with toasted bun. I pay almost 12.00 at a local sub shop for one of these. I can make 7-9 with this. So maybe 2.50 a piece. Use seasoning that came with it. I just cook all 3, with a bit of garlic infused olive oil. Drain on paper towels. And save rest for a few days worth of lunch. I bought 3 pack to put in freezer. Hope its not going away and price doesnt sky rocket! Just as good if not better than i can get togo. So happy i tried it!!
